Large vegetation can influence localized moisture conditions, especially in moisture-sensitive soils.
Distance is not the only factor
Species, maturity, soil, irrigation, drainage, foundation type, and seasonal conditions all affect how meaningful vegetation may be.
Do not remove trees based on a guess
Tree removal can create its own site changes. If a tree is suspected of contributing to foundation movement, coordinate structural and arboricultural advice when appropriate.
